On October 5, was held the presentation of Leonardo da Vinci BIOTRANSF led by the Professional Association of Environmental Enterprises (APROEMA). The event took place at the Headquarters of the Confederation of Employers of Pontevedra in Vigo at 11:00. On October 27 the same presentation was made in the city of Santiago de Compostela in the Hotel “Los Abetos”.

October 05 was held the presentation of the project “BIOTRANSF” in the city of Vigo, which was reported on the idea that gave birth to the project, spoke of the lines of Leonardo Da Vinci, we made a presentation of all the partners involved in the project, what are the work packages and what state are so far, besides presenting the website.

The second meeting of BIOTRANSF project was held last 1^st of may in Riga (Latvia). The partners from BD Center (Poland), RRA Severne Primorske (Slovenia), APROEMA (Leader of the project), EDUCATIC (Portugal) and CLICTIC (Spain) have participated in this meeting organized by Eurofortis (Latvia).

The first online meeting was held on 2^nd of February 2011 with the participation of APROEMA (Spain), CLICTIC (Spain), BD Centre (Poland), EDUCATIC (Portugal) and EUROFORTIS (Latvia). The online meeting was very successful among the partners, as a way to develop the meeting saving resources as there is only needed a computer and an internet connection.

After the welcome by the project coordinator, the partners have reviewed the methodology of transfer and the state of the art of the rest of the activities. It was planned to develop other online meeting in April to keep monitoring the activities of the project.

The second online meeting was held on 7^th of April 2011 with the participation of APROEMA (Spain), CLICTIC (Spain), RRA Severne Primorske (Slovenia), EDUCATIC (Portugal) and EUROFORTIS (Latvia).

In this meeting was reviewed the state of the art of the activities of the project, focused on didactic methodology developed for the implementation of the project and on the website. The members of the partnership gave their suggestions to the improvement of the website with the objective of achieve a good dissemination of the project. Finally, arrangements for the second steering meeting were done, that will be held in Latvia in June 2011.

The first meeting of BIOTRANSF project was held last 30^th of November in Vigo (Spain). The partners from BD Center (Poland), RRA Severne Primorske (Slovenia), Eurofortis (Latvia), EDUCATIC (Portugal) and CLICTIC (Spain) have participated in this meeting organized by APROEMA (Leader of the project).This first meeting was a formal approach between the participants. It was the chance to set up the basis for the technical, administrative and financial implementation of the project for the whole duration of the project (2 years). It has also been established the planning for the next six months.

This type of project tries to identify solutions and innovative ideas and adapt them to other participating countries, in this case in the field of biomass, always directing the proposal to exchange best practices and innovative methodologies.

The BIOTRANSF partners come from 4 different countries that works together to adapt the online course developed by APROEMA to each context, legislation and language.
